How to Feel Capable of Anything

You just need to start the snowball

You already know you’re capable of pretty much everything. You could hike Everest, create a billion pound company or write a bestselling novel, you probably are capable of it.

You’re capable of getting an incredible job, being ultra fit and eating home-cooked healthy food every day. You’re already capable. You could overcome that massive fear you have, give a speech in front of a thousand people and learn a second, third or even fourth language.

You are already capable of it all.

It’s not what we are capable of that makes the blindest bit of difference.

It’s what we feel like we’re capable of that matters.

How to feel it

You probably already have to deal with this fairly regularly, even more so if you suffer anxiety. Some days you might not feel like getting out of bed, getting off the sofa or even eating something. You are capable of these things, of course you are, but the feeling of not being able to is more powerful than your actual abilities.

So how do you feel like doing the huge things that would change your life?

Well, the same way you get out of bed and go about your day even when it’s the absolute last thing…
