Hi Rianne, I’ve never thought to write notes during a really anxious moment although I have made a list before about things that were making me feel anxious. When I saw them written down I found it much easier to see them for what they were and it massively helped diminish them. I’d imagine notes taken during a panic attack or similar would be so strange when read back!
I’ll check out your publication and I’d love to write for it. Writing about mental health and my own struggles has been extremely helpful for me and I think it’s so important that we write and share our experiences with it.
